I'm a huge cupcake fan and have tried
every cupcake place that has opened in Sacramento. Until
now, I have not returned to any of the bakeries because
there was nothing special about the cupcakes, in fact, some
of them were just bad. Today we tried Payton's and are in
love with the cupcakes we tasted! The frosting was light,
fluffy and creamy with a wonderful taste and the cake part
